Dr. Chuck Taylor is a board-certified colorectal Surgeon born and raised in northeast Ohio. He has been married for 39 years and has two children and five wonderful grandchildren. He is currently the chairman of the credentials committee at Mt. Carmel Health System. He has also served on the board at Taylor Station Surgical Center, as well as numerous committees at the hospital and the American Society of Colon & Rectal Surgeons.
