Administrative Float

Job Summary

In accordance with the mission of Taylor Station Surgical Center, the Administrative Float ensures timely preparation of Electronic Health Records to expedite the Pre-Admission testing process. Works in conjunction with the PAT Nurses to ensure all appropriate health history is gathered in a timely fashion. Operations: Ensures complete charting and documentation of patient medical records in accordance with quality and regulatory standards. Responsible for effectively and efficiently communicating with physicians, physician offices and TSSC staff. Responsible for monitoring and reporting information in accordance with performance improvement requirements and as it relates to patient medical records and information. Ensures necessary documents are in the chart. Accesses various software programs to gather pertinent patient information. Responsible for collecting and inputting information pertinent to the pre-admission testing process. Scheduling of interpreters when needed for any speciality.

PACU Nurse/strong

Job Summary

In accordance with the mission of Taylor Station Surgical Center and within the scope of the Ohio Practice Act, the Registered Nurse will function in the spirit of teamwork in the daily delivery of patient care utilizing the Nursing Process within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of the Organization.
Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

– Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
– Licensed and currently registered as a professional nurse in the State of Ohio.
– Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills.
– Demonstrates competency in basic EKG interpretation.
– Demonstrate a willingness to work in a team environment.
– Demonstrates the ability to plan, organize and manage patient care as well as supervision of care team.
– Current ACLS and BLS.
– 1 years preferred relevant clinical experience.
– Demonstrated flexibility with work hours.
