Chazz Dabbs, MD is a partner with Central Ohio Surgical Associates and a board-certified general surgeon specializing in robotic-assisted surgery, bariatric surgery, and minimally invasive general surgery. Dr. Dabbs is committed to delivering personalized, compassionate surgical care using advanced techniques that help reduce pain, minimize scarring, and support faster recovery.

Dr. Dabbs earned his medical degree from Northwestern University and completed his surgical residency at Wright State University’s Boonshoft School of Medicine, where he trained at hospitals throughout the Dayton metropolitan area.

His areas of expertise include robotic surgery, laparoscopic surgery, hernia repair,  advanced abdominal wall reconstruction, gastrointestinal surgery, skin and soft tissue masses, gallbladder surgery, and bariatric (weight loss) surgery, including procedures designed to help patients achieve lasting health improvements. By utilizing the latest robotic and minimally invasive surgical techniques whenever appropriate, Dr. Dabbs provides precise, patient-centered care tailored to each individual’s needs.

Dr. Dabbs welcomes new patients and physician referrals at Central Ohio Surgical Associates with convenient office locations in Grove City and Pickerington, serving patients throughout Central Ohio.

When not performing surgery, he most enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids, playing tennis, and playing esoteric board games.
