I had a rough night prior to my colonoscopy with my prep. Immediately when I arrived for my appointment I have nothing but praise for the staff. Everyone was helpful and attended to my needs and got me through my procedure comfortably and without anymore incidents. Except for being tired afterwards I felt good and thankful for the kindness of the entire staff. Again, thank you all for making me feel special.

Having a Colonoscopy or any other procedure for that matter is never an enjoyable affair. The staff and doctors at Taylor Station try to make your time there as comfortable and comforting as possible though. Every person I encountered was friendly, helpful and talked to you like you were an old friend. The procedure itself was smooth and seamless. It must be a nice place to work because the staff there seemed genuinely happily and it shows in their work. Highly recommend.

Never thought I'd write a review about a colonoscopy - but (no pun intended) here I am. Wow....what great people and what a clean and nice facility - with the coolest technology! From the moment I arrived, I was treated with respect and cared for like I was part of their family (the side of the family people like). Dr. Lindsey - awesome. Huge shout out to Kourtney, Abbey, Mary, Kelly, Richard, and Anita. Apologies for my sedated silliness (my wife told me what I said...cheeks blushing!!) to the amazing Kathy and Amanda. All of you are great! See you in 5 years!!! LOL.

Very professional organization from the reception staff to nurses to physicians. I felt cared for by each person I was in contact. Communications leading up to the day of my procedure was outstanding. As a result they had all of my medical information before I arrived. I was also kept informed about each step of my intake to my medical procedure on the day of. Very positive experience.

I've had two procedures here recently. The staff was great and it was a really good experience. I would recommend them.

Our family has been to TSSC several times for tests and outpatient surgeries. The staff is always pleasant and calming from the moment you enter until you leave. Doctors have been great and never a concern about the care we received. Highly recommend!

I was impressed from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone I came in contact with was smiling, courteous and helpful. First time EVER, I was taken 45 minutes early for my procedure. Dr. Taylor was professional and pleasant, interested in me and my situation. If I could give separate ratings to each employee who assisted me from the moment of arrival until I left they would get a 6!

I had an abscess and hemorrhoids surgery with Dr Mark Lindsay, he is one of the most affable personalities i have ever met. At the surgery station staff waa very polite and makes you comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr Mark and Taylor Station.

I had outpatient surgery this morning at Taylor Station Surgical Center. Every person with whom I came in contact was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. They truly seemed to care about me and every one, from the intake person to the anesthesia team had great bedside manner. I don't really want to ever have surgery again, but if I must and I have the option as to where, I will pick Taylor Station again.

My medical procedure went well. The staff and Dr. Khanduja were efficient and friendly. Put my mind at ease, making the procedure go very smoothly. Great facility, staff and Doctor.

I see Dr Paddy. I give his staff and facilities A+ all the way around. I would definitely recommend Dr Paddy and this facility to anyone needing services they offer at this location.

Love all the nurses made me feel very comfortable for my first surgery great place and the took care of me very well and the also make follow up calls after everything was done.

Taylor station surgical center is where you want to go if you have to have any procedures done that you can do as an outpatient. Since 2012 I’ve been there three different times and each time have received excellent care. The staff sincere, professional, and friendly. I honestly feel you get better service than at a hospital as their patient to staff ratio is much lower. They check on you constantly and try to for fill any and all requests. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for ortho surgery gallbladder etc.

Dr. Taylor and all of his staff were friendly and answered all of our questions. The procedure went very smooth with no problems.

Ok, I know its hard to say any surgical procedure was wonderful but Doctor Keith and staff did a fantastic job. Doctor Keith came in and talked with me and my wife before the surgery and answered all our questions. Big shout out to Lisa, Heather, Jolene, Kristy, and last but not least Kari! Thank you so much for your professionalism and making my stay as comfortable as possible.

All the Doctors,nurses and staff were very friendly and helpful. Had my surgery on Friday and Monday morning called to be sure everything was fine and to see if I had any questions.

Had my colonoscopy today at Taylor Station. I was very nervous but the entire staff, starting with Anessa at the front desk, nurse Cindy who got me ready, the nurse that helped me trying to waddle down the hall to the bathroom, the doctor's assistant, Jolene, Thom and Titus who were with me during the procedure, nurse Michelle that worked with me post-op and of course my Dr. Khanduja (hope he never retires), all took the time to hear my concerns and assure me I was in the best hands. They were really good with my husband as well. Even though the center was extremely busy I did not have a wait time. I would recommend this center. No complaints at all. I chose this over the hospital because they are more personal and helpful.

From start to finish every nurse, assistant was awesome took me step by step and kept me informed .I love this place ,everyone is very nice great bedside Manners. Love Dr. Taylor

The staff is fantastic, from start to finish. Thorough explanations to myself and my family members, so that we were all on the same page regarding surgery as well as recovery. The nurses were very pleasant with a great sense of humor, everything ran on time, and of course Dr. Vara found some common interests with my husband talking about Cleveland sports teams. Highly recommend this facility.

The doctors nurses and staff were awesome! They were all so caring understanding and up front with information. I recommend anyone to come here.
